I’m a mom, creative spirit, and lover of all things home and heart. Before launching Inspirational Nourishment, I spent over 15 years in marketing and communications, leading teams, crafting brand stories, and helping organizations connect with their communities in meaningful ways. While I loved the work, I eventually felt called to slow down, simplify, and pour my energy into more personal, hands-on creativity.
These days, you’ll find me flipping furniture in the garage, rearranging something (again) in the house, pulling weeds in the garden, or planning our next adventure—usually with a paintbrush in one hand and a podcast or playlist in the background. When I’m not creating something, I’m keeping up with our two kids, our dogs (Coco and Butterscotch), and my husband, who thankfully shares my love for design and spontaneous getaways. We stay busy with sports, school events, community outings, and just doing life together—messy, meaningful, and full of moments that inspire what I share here.
This blog is a reflection of the things I love most: creating with intention, living out my faith in everyday ways, and finding joy in the process (even when it’s messy). Whether I’m sharing a doable DIY, a favorite travel moment, or a small life lesson from a busy week, I want this space to feel real, encouraging, and a little spark of inspiration for your own creative journey.
I believe inspiration is everywhere—but for me, it often shows up in the unspoken things: color palettes that calm, lyrics that linger, the texture of weathered wood, or the quiet rhythm of a sunrise. I’ve always been outgoing, but I’ve never felt like my truest self came through in my words alone. My thoughts and passions are better expressed through design, through creativity, through the little details that tell a bigger story.
Whether I’m flipping a piece of furniture, digging into the garden, or standing in awe of God’s creation in places like Bora Bora, I’m reminded that beauty and meaning are deeply connected. Inspirational Nourishment is where I bring all of that together—faith, creativity, reflection, and curiosity—and share it in a way that feels honest, hopeful, and full of purpose.
My hope is that you find something here that resonates. That it helps you create with heart, explore with wonder, and find peace in the process—just as I do.
